Extreme Force 14U Grubb Has Silver Ending in Virginia Commonwealth Games

cid image001 png01cd6fc1The Extreme Force’s 14U team competed in the Virginia Commonwealth Games playing up in the 16U Division with 17 teams from around the state.


The Force went 3-0 on Saturday with victories over the Aftershock, Franklin County Wildcats and the Valley Edge.

On Sunday morning, the Force defeated the 16U Madness 4-3 and then avenged a loss in a previous tournament to the Bristol Wildcats 5-3. The young 14U Force team would then lose a close one to the 16U Renegades 4-3 in the championship game to take the Silver Medal.

The Roanoke based Extreme Force is made up of players from Northside, Cave Spring, Glenvar, Botetourt and Grayson County.
