The Extreme Force’s 14U team competed in the Virginia Commonwealth Games playing up in the 16U Division with 17 teams from around the state.
The Force went 3-0 on Saturday with victories over the Aftershock, Franklin County Wildcats and the Valley Edge.
On Sunday morning, the Force defeated the 16U Madness 4-3 and then avenged a loss in a previous tournament to the Bristol Wildcats 5-3. The young 14U Force team would then lose a close one to the 16U Renegades 4-3 in the championship game to take the Silver Medal.
The Roanoke based Extreme Force is made up of players from Northside, Cave Spring, Glenvar, Botetourt and Grayson County.
