Staunton River picked up its second win of the season, as they defeated William Fleming 25-12, 25-15 and 25-22 in a non-district volleyball match Tuesday night in Roanoke.

Jewell McRoy led the Golden Eagles (2-4) with 12 assists, 10 service points and three kills. Morgan Linkous had six kills and two aces, Hanna Owens posted six kills and Lauren Mitchell added eight digs.

The Colonels fell to 0-5.
