James River handed Floyd County its second loss in as many nights, as the Knights topped the Buffaloes 25-21, 23-25 and 15-7 Thursday night in Buchanan.

James River's Delia Walker had a great game with five blocks and was 3-for-5 for hitting.

Tamra Quesenberry had two serving aces, along with Nora Prokosch, while Billie Quesenberry hit 8-for-10 with one kill and was also 4-for-5 from the serving line.
