It all came down to the No. 3 doubles match, as Parry McCluer rallied back from an 0-4 deficit to claim a 5-4 non-district girls tennis win over Nelson County Wednesday afternoon in Buena Vista.
The number three doubles match clinched the victory for Parry McCluer (3-4) in comeback fashion down 0-4 early in the match.
"Determination and focus helped in all matches, especially doubles due after a small slump in doubles play during the previous two matches," said Parry McCluer head coach Todd Ramsey.
