As the Cave Spring boys basketball team prepares for the upcoming season, the Knights will have plenty of experience and depth, as they look to improve on last year's fourth place finish in a tough River Ridge District.

Cave Spring put an end to Loudoun County's four consecutive year reign as Group AA state champions, as the Knights claimed a 20-25, 25-16, 25-22, 25-21 win in the semifinals Friday night at VCU's Siegel Center in Ricmond.
Cave Spring will be heading back to familiar territory, as the Knights rode past E.C. Glass 25-12, 25-5. 25-21 in the Group AA state quarterfinals Tuesday night in Southwest Roanoke County.
