In a battle to the end, Patrick Henry would run out of steam in the fifth and deciding set, as Hidden Valley claimed a 25-27, 27-25, 25-12, 28-26 and 15-5 non-district volleyball win Thursday night in Roanoke.

Sarah Patterson led the Titans (4-0) with 52 assists. Caroline Boone had 21 kills, Jenney Clark tallied 14 kills and Kim McDow finished with 49 digs.

Liz Brailsford led the Patriots (1-2) with a match-best 28 kills. Caroline Brailsford chalked up 37 assists and 10 digs, while Morgan Robison added 17 digs.
