Auburn opened up its 2010 soccer season by dropping a 3-2 non-district decision to Fort Chiswell Tuesday night in Riner.

Lee Price led the Pioneers (1-0) with a pair of first half goals and Gaven Burnett scored a goal in the second half.

Cody Akers tallied 11 saves for Fort Chiswell

Aurelio Limon and Caleb Shelor led the Eagles (0-1) with a goal each.

Chris Cox recorded 10 saves for Auburn.
