Freshman Lexi Denny scored a pair of first-half goals and added one more in the final period to lead Radford to a 5-2 victory over Madison County in the Group A Girls Soccer State semifinals Friday at Radford University as part of the 2010 Spring Jubilee.

Denny scored the first goal of the contest in the 4th minute and added the eventual difference maker just over 14 minutes later. Her final strike came just over six minutes into the second period.
 
Cece Scott (15th minute) and Lindsi Sparks (50th minute) also contributed goals for the Bobcats.
 
Madison’s Lindsay Wheeler tied the match 1-1 when she found the back of the net in the 9th minute, but that’s as close as the Mountaineers would get.
 
Senior Ivy Jacobs provided the final goal of the contest for Madison in the final minute.
 
Radford, which will be making its fifth title match appearance in nine years, takes on George Mason Saturday at 10 a.m.
